This service is as Resort of the Polk county Generosity, route 19 to Posner Park is out of control, the bus on 03/14/2022 never made it to the stops, this happens last week too, we are monitoring this to report it with videos and pictures to the County commissioners, the Governor office. Today the bus never made it to the final stop. Where people waiting going to sleep, eat? Oh, when you call the number on the website, someone tell you to call another number that is not in service.

Always late, no cover at the stops, rude drivers, and a schedule that stops at 6pm with zero weekend service. What else could be expected from Polk County? Why would they properly fund anything but the sheriff's office?

Driver didn't come im for four days bus was not running. Costed people there jobs but driver still has his and then has bad attitude once he finally returns. Buses late 100% of the time not running half the time. Terminal had sewage overflowing from broken toilets onto platforms. Buses stop at 5 p.m leaning 90 % of riders stranded. Save your time and catch a lift or uber they are more reliable.

Alright bus service. Bus drivers are nice terminal needs some work. Bathrooms are disgusting. Security is A1.

I witnessed several buses pass by a bus stop outside of the children museum at the park. with out stopping to see if any people were possibly waiting in the shade of the restaurant/museum. One older gentleman has been waiting all day for the bus and when it did arrive it just drove by with out stopping. When the employees of the park tried to reach out to the bus service all they got was attitude and no help.

One needs an engineering degree or a medium to figure out the schedules! Suggestion: consult and be guided by NYC Transit! They have maps everywhere, express and local buses that come every 15 minutes. Big Plus: they don't have to go to the Depot first! What is that about anyway?! Oh and they have bus runs after 5PM!!!

Now they all the Bus Drvers was friendly we had to ride the bus because our car was in an accident on l-4. The Bus drivers all of them are hard workers and do theirs best to get you there.
